The Library was innovated in 1961, several months after the school was founded. And it has been moved to the present location 15 years after it’s establishment. The present library is a 4-floor with basement building, and the area is around 2000 square meters.

　　　The mission of the library is to foster the advancement of education, research, scholarship, and professional practice in Medicine, Biological sciences, Public health, Dentistry, Nutrition sciences, Rehabilitation Medicine, Education, Computer, Language, Social sciences …and so on by：

    Assuring access and linkage to the world’s literature in the biomedical and relevant social sciences

    Exploring and promoting effective utilization of information and knowledge

    Educating library users in the principles and techniques of information management

    Preserving an historical record through its scholarly, rare books and archival collection
